Upon arrive at Athens International Airport. Meet and greet with our representative and transfer to the hotel. Check in into hotel In the evening enjoy the beautiful sights of the port by night, then dinner in a typical Taverna with traditional Greek entertainment. Your evening begins with a short panoramic drive through the City Center. On reaching the Acropolis, also known as the Sacred Hill, you will be able to see, admire and photograph it while illuminated. Then a pleasant walk through the narrow picturesque streets of Plaka, the old city, will bring you at a Typical Greek Tavern where you will enjoy your dinner following a floor show with live music and Greek Folk Dances in traditional costumes.
After breakfast in the hotel, you will proceed at around 08:45 hrs for a Half day city tour of Athens including Acropolis and Museum. You’ll see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (Ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Evzones in their colourful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, The Constitution Square (Syntagma). Arrive in acropolis and visit the Architectural Masterpieces of Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the Monument that “puts order in the mind” , the Parthenon. In the afternoon we suggest you an afternoon tour to Cape Sounio or shopping in Athens old city, Plaka.
Enjoy breakfast and later proceed and transfer to the Piraeus port for your ferry embarkation to Mykonos Island. Regular ferry departure time is approximately 07.30 hrs & arrival time is approximately 12.45 hrs. Arrive Mykonos, transfer to hotel and check in. Mykonos sits amidst the Aegean Sea like a unique jewel handcrafted by time, the Greek sun and an anonymous local craftsman. All that can be said or written about Mykonos would be just too little. Mykonos, famously called ‘the island of the winds’ due to the constant wind that blows, is the most popular and cosmopolitan island of the Cyclades and considered as one the most famous islands of the world. Many people flock to Mykonos for two reasons: beaches and parties. You can opt for Paradise Beach or opt to see The Windmills (Kato Myli) on your own. There are 16 windmills in total, and while they are no longer operational, they stand as a monument to early innovation. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore the island on your own.
Enjoy breakfast and later you will proceeds for a day trip to Tinos Island Or Delos Island. Tinos Island is the gorgeous neighbour island of Mykonos and just 45 minutes away from Mykonos island. Here you will enjoy a continuously changing scenery of landscapes, traditional villages and views over the Aegean Sea and surroundings. You will have the chance to visit Tinos beautiful town and the most famous and important church of Greece, the Evangellistria, with its miraculous icon and its pilgrims making their way up to the church on hands and knees. Visitors will also have the chance to admire the nuns monastery Kechrovouni high up on the mountains as well as the traditional village Volax, home to the traditional basket makers. Seemingly other gems of the island we'll visit are the valley of the pigeon houses from the Venetian time, Pirgos, the centre of the marble arts and the peaceful fishing bay of Panormos with its lovely fish tavernas. There is an optional lunch break during the day plus an one and half free hour at leisure for you to enjoy the town before boarding the boat for our return to Mykonos. DELOS Island is a one of the most important and sacred places in Greece! You will start at Mykonos Old Port to board your boat and enjoy your 45 minutes cruise to Delos. Delos is one of the most sacred sites in Greece. It was the center of the Cyclades islands in the ancient world and the birthplace of the Greek gods Apollo and Artemis. Due to its mystical location, the island became home to the first multicultural civilization and was an important trade center in Ancient Greece. Inhabited between 2,500 and 69 BC, Delos boasts many antique treasures, such as the Agora (ancient market place), the famous Terrace of the Naxos Lions and the Sacred Lake. See the living quarters and theater that provide visitors to Delos with a unique vision of daily life in Ancient Greece. Exploring the houses of Dionysus, Cleopatra, the Trident, the Masks and the Dolphins, with their beautiful mosaics, is a thrilling experience for art lovers and not to be missed by even the mildly curious. With an expert guide to provide you with a lively narrative, you will explore the Temple of Isis, the Egyptian Goddess, the Roman water system, the fascinating cisterns and much more.
Post breakfast, transfer to the port of Mykonos for your ferry trip to Santorini Island. High speed boat Departure time is approximately 09.50 hrs & arrival time is approximately 11.40 hrs. Arrive Santorini and transfer to hotel at Santorini Island: A thousand sunsets, a thousand memories, a thousand heartbeats, colours of blue, red & gold streaking the sky... this is Santorini Island. Poets have written about it, artists attempt to capture its beauty.Nothing can quite describe ... the unsurpassed magic of Santorini.Remaining time is at leisure to explore the island on your own and admire the breathtaking view and take some amazing photos.
Enjoy breakfast and later you will enjoy the Santorini experience with King Thiras! This tour program is designed for those who wish to discover the land and the sea of this treasure island! The first destination is reached by bus; the 16th century Monastery of Prophet Elias is built on the highest point of the island, offering a breathtaking panoramic view. Then we will visit the village of Pyrgos, with its Cycladic architecture, Byzantine churches and the Venetian Castle. Situated in one of the highest points of the island, Pyrgos offers an amazing view of the north-west part of Santorini. We will continue the tour heading to Athinios port to board the boat of King Thiras. We will sail first to the volcanic island of Nea Kameni. There we will have the opportunity to approach the crater of the still active volcano by ascending a soil path. The trip continues to the second volcanic island named Palea Kameni. King Thiras boat makes a stop approximately 50 meters from the Hot Springs so you can dive in the green sulphur waters or simply relax and enjoy the view. Next destination is the island of Thirasia. Thirasia was part of Santorini before the big explosion of the volcano. We will stay in Thirasia for two hours having the chance to go swimming, have lunch next to the sea or explore the village of Manolas with its winding steps and traditional houses. After Thirasia, we'll head to the port of Ammoudi, underneath Oia village. We will walk up the steps to reach one of the most famous places of the world to see the sunset. When the sun will have set into the sea, we will gather at the pickup point in Oia where the bus will be waiting to take us back.
Today proceed to the airport for your flight back home to India.
